At Impressions Online Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition and were not marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue an e-gift card to your email address within 5-7 business days.
